Champaran movement:The Champaran Satyagraha of 1916 was the first Satyagraha movement led by Gandhi in India and is considered a historically important revolt in the Indian Independence Movement. It was a farmer's uprising that took place in Champaran district of Bihar, India, during the British colonial period.

Kheda movement: This started in 1917. It was a Satyagraha movement organized by Mahatma Gandhi in the Kheda district of Gujarat, during the period of the British Raj. Gandhi organized this movement to support peasants of the Kheda district since they were unable to pay the high taxes levied by the British due to crop failure and a plague epidemic.

Ahmedabad movement:This movement was held in 1918. Gandhiji went to Ahmedabad to organise a satyagraha movement amongst the cotton mill workers whose conditions were miserable.
