Mahatma Gandhi acted as a leader in the freedom struggle. He showed the right way to the freedom fighters. his participation was invaluable but his only mistake was to trust Nehru, who betrayed him and he was too soft to Pakistan (I am not joking, his last fast was for Pakistan, which led to his assassination) which also betrayed him.
