Given :-

  • Mahek sold books for Rs. 9200 through agent ,

  • the rate of commission was 2%.

To Find :-

  • How much amount did the agent get?

Solution :-

  • S.P of the books = Rs. 9200

  • Commission = 2%

  • ∴ Commission paid to the agent = 2% of 9200

                                                               = \sf{\frac{2}{100} \:x\:9200

                                                              = Rs. 184

Ans. Commission paid to the agent is Rs. 184
