When payment made by u then if, cheque is dishonour then journal entry in book will be as follows:

1 when payments made by cheque.

Payee A/c Dr.

To Bank A/c

2 when cheque is dishonour

Bank A/c Dr.

To payee A/c

Journal entries in the books of payee..

1 when payments received by him( payee) by cheque..

Cash A/c Dr.

To trade receivables A/c

2 when cheque is deposited into the bank

Bank A/C Dr

To cash A/c

3 when cheque is Dishonoured

Debtors A/C Dr

To Bank a/c
