Mahesh is a bird lover he loves to watch but flying Steel in an open Sky he always educate young children to be sensitive about birds as he himself is used to observe many words in his Garden daily so he made a bird bath for his Garden in shape of cylinder with hemispherical depression at one end the height of the cylinder is 1.35m and its diameter is 80cm based on the above situation answer the following question find the total surface area of the bird bath ​

Answer: 44,000 cm^2

We can assume that the edges of the depression in the cylinder are same as the edges of the cylinder.

Surface area of the cylinder = 2*\frac{22}{7} * 40 * 135 = 33,942.86 cm^2

Surface area of the hemisphere = 2*\frac{22}{7} * 40 *40 = 10,057.14 cm^2

Total surface area = 44,000 cm^2
