The features are:
i) DNA is the largest biomolecule in the cell
ii) DNA is negatively charged and is dextrorotatory.
iii) Molecular configuration of DNA is 3D.
iv) DNA has two polynucleotide chains.
v) The two DNA strand is anti-parallel.
vi) Backbone of each DNA is made up of alternate sugar-phosphate bond.
vii) The double chain is coiled and is in a helical fashion.
