Major events that took place for the struggle of Pakistan in 17^{th} century and 18^{th}century​:

The Mughal Empire dominated between 1500's and 1700's which flourished in the major region of Pakistan. Later in 1800's the British entered and conquered almost the region and took over the major areas of Pakistan and part of India.

The present land that belongs to Pakistan today was a major part of one of ancient civilization of the world, the Indus Valley civilization many years ago. This civilization flourished until 1500 BCE. In the later centuries, the area invaded by various empires and civilizations from the west. These included the Greeks, Persians, the Arabs, and the Ottoman Empire.

They settled and ruled until 1947. In 1947 the British was ready to give independence after various struggles and finally they split up India into three parts: Present India, Pakistan, and East Pakistan, which become the Bangladesh later.

Kashmir, the disputed region in India is the reason for long fought between "India and Pakistan" over many years. Recently article 370 of the Indian constitution that states the special status of Jammu & Kashmir have been removed which gained international attention.
