HEY MATE IT IS YOUR SOLUTION

so to find it we have to first find the zeros of this polynomial .

let's start this

h (x) = - 4 × 2 + 16 x
h (x) = - 8 + 16 x = 0
h (x) = 16 x = 0+8
h (x) = 16 x = 8
h (x) = x = 8/16
h (x) = x = 1/2

here you have not mention the time so if it is in your then 1/2 of a hour or if it is in minute then 1/2 of a minute .

you time proportion is 1/2 or 1:2
(_______ it is your answer _______)

hope it helps you

to find the time it take

first of all,we have to find the zeros of polynomial so let's found it ,

h(x)=-4×2+16X
h(x)=-8 +16X
h(x)=-8+16x=0
h(x)=16x=8
x =8÷16= 1/2

so you have not mention the time that you require in minute or hour.
so your answer is 1/2minute or hour for the rocket to following the path h(x)=-4+16x
