1.sometimes we eat so much at once that our stomach becomes stretched more than the natural limits.
2.sometimes we eat in such a manner that our stomach takes a lot of time to get digested.
3.and sometimes we eat hot spices by which our stomach and the whole digestive tract gets irritated.
