u can make a collage. Here's how to make it- take a black chart for background. Take some printouts (colourful )of historical building or u can take pictures from magazines, newspaper too. Make sure you have at least 2 big sized photos and other of medium size. Tear them from border instead of cutting them. You can write any quote also. It will make it look more impressive. For writing a quote- Take a white page and write a line of quote on it with black sketch and tear that line from borders. Then write another line and do the same. Next comes to paste them. You can paste the big sized photos on either sides of chart and quote in the middle and Paste other small sized photos to fill the empty space.There no need for other decorations. I hope u like my suggestion.
