Teenagers need to maintain a proper diet for their growth and development. The right  amount of carbohydrates, proteins, fat, minerals and water makes up a healthy diet. Here  is a diet plan for 13 year olds:


1 ) Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Have a  good amount of breakfast. Children must eat their breakfast within 1 hour of waking up.  

Cereals, oatmeals are the healthiest breakfast.


2 ) Lunch should be Nutritious.


3 ) Dinner  should be light and healthy. Midnight snacks are strictly prohibited.


4 ) Snacks are important.  Dried fruits, fresh fruits, crackers, boiled eggs are some examples of snacking.
