Answer: 1. Present indefinite tense - Subject + Verb's 1st form + Object.

Ex: I eat rice.

2. Past indefinite tense - Subject + Verb's 2nd form + Object.

Ex: I ate rice.

3. Future indefinite tense - Subject + Shall,Will + Verb's 1st form+ Object.

Ex: I shall eat rice.

4. Present continuous tense - Subject + Am/Is/Are + Verb's 1st form+ Ing+Object.

Ex: I am eating rice.

5. Past continuous tense - Subject + Was/Were+Verb's 1st form+Ing+Object.

Ex: I was eating rice.

6. Future continuous tense - Subject + Shall/Will+ Be+Verb's 1st form+Ing+Object.

Ex: I shall be eating rice.

7. Present perfact tense -Subject + Have/Has+ Verb's 3rd form+ Object.

Ex: I have eaten rice.

8. Past perfact tense - Subject + Had+ Verb's 3rd form + Object

ex:I had eaten rice.

9. Future perfact tense - Subject + Shall/Will+Have+ Verb's 3rd form + Object.

Ex: I shall have eaten rice.

10. Present perfact continuous tense - Subject + Have/Has+Been+ Verb's 1st form+Ing+Object.

11. Past perfact continuous tense - Subject + Had+Been+Verb's 1st form+Ing+Object.

12. Future perfact continuous - The tense is somehow unknown and I thinks this tense never use in English.
