SAHARA DESERT

Only shrubs, some grasses and plants with long roots and waxy, leathery and hairy leaves grow in Sahara . the common plants found here as cactus, acacia and baobab. The oases are surrounded by date palm trees.
Antelopes, camels, hyenas, hedgehogs, foxes, scorpions, jackals, gazelles, snakes and lizards are some animals that live in this desert. Birds like ostrich, bustard, desert eagle and owls can be seen in the interior regions.
LADAKH DESERT

During summer, a variety of fruit trees like apples, walnuts and apricots also grow in Ladakh.
Yaks, wild goats,Tibetan antelopes, wild asses, wild sheep and a variety of dogs are found in Ladakh. Birds such as robins, redstarts, hill pigeons, ravens, snowcocks and hoopoe can also be sighted here.
