Electromagnetism is basically the interaction of the electric and the magnetic forces acting on the charged particle. The magnetic field along with the electric current leads to electromagnetism. The use of electricity (electric current) can be seen in a solenoid in which the magnetic field is produced due to the current flowing through a coil. It is widely used in the motors.

The electromagnet is produce by a coil wrapped around a soft iron care that produce magnetic effect when current flows through the coil.

The electromagnet induction is the method by which an Emf is induced and a current is generated due to the charging flus of the magnetic field. The transformers and generators work on the principle of Electromagnetic induction.
