Concept:
A diary is indeed a record (originally in handwritten style) that contains discrete entries ordered by date that detail events that occurred during a day or other time. A personal journal may contain a person's experience, thoughts, and/or feelings, but not current events not directly experienced by the writer. Many aspects of civilization rely on journals kept for institutional purposes, including public documentation (e.g. Hansard), business ledgers, and military records. The term can also refer to a printed up journal format in British English.

Dear dairy,
Abburi Chaya Devi's 'Bonsai Life' is a call for girls to be educated in order to be free of their 'bonsai life.' The story revolves around a woman in Delhi whom his elder sister affectionately refers to as "Ammalu." When Ammalu receives a letter from her sister notifying her of her visit to Delhi, she is overjoyed. Ammalu is a well-educated Delhi resident. On the other hand, her sister was uneducated. She had married a villager when she was young. The two sisters learn how accurate the proverb "the grass has always been grass is greener" is as they share notes on each other. The idea irritates Akkaya. There's a storm as they talk about bonsai, so Ammalu rushes to get the bonsai plants beneath the canopy. Outside the house, Akkayya gazes at a large tree that has provided shelter to many people. Many people sought refuge from the squall beneath the massive tree, which Akkayya observed. On the other side, no one could be protected by a bonsai. It had to be moved beneath the canopy to avoid being destroyed. A lady who is uninformed and thus reliant on others is compared to a bonsai plant, which is lovely and delicate but useless.
