Answer:
i)Earth's interior is made up of a series of layers that sit below the surface crust. In order of depth, these layers include the solid, but flowing mantle, the liquid outer core and the solid iron outer core, which helps create Earth's protective magnetic field. The layers can also be categorised into the rigid outer lithosphere (which includes the crust and top portion of the mantle and makes up Earth's tectonic plates) and the athenosphere, the portion of the mantle that is solid, but made up of hot, weak, flowing rock. Read about the latest research on Earth's layers below.
ii) CRUST
•)The comparatively thin outer shell of the Earth.
•) Approximately 40 km thick.
•)Two parts-Continental Crust and Oceanic Crust.
i) Continental Crust- Silica and Alumina are the main
components and it is also called SIAL.
ii) Oceanic Crust -Silica and Magnesium are the main
components and so it is also known as SIMA.
MANTLE
•)Located beneath the crust.
•)Extends upto 2900 km from the crust.
•)Two parts-Upper Mantle And lower Mantle.
i)Upper Mantle -It is the solid part of the mantle and it
is made up of silicon compounds.
ii)Lower Mantle - Located beneath the upper mantle is
in a semi liquid state.
CORE
•)Central part of the Earth.
•)From 2900 km to 6371 km.
•) Two parts-Outer Core and Inner Core.
i)Outer Core -It is in a molten state.
ii) Inner Core-It is in a semi liquid state due to high
pressure in the centre. The main components here is
nickel[NI] and iron[FE] and so it is called NIFE.

Answer:
The earth is made up of three different layers: the crust, the mantle and the core. This is the outside layer of the earth and is made of solid rock, mostly basalt and granite. There are two types of crust; oceanic and continental. Oceanic crust is denser and thinner and mainly composed of basalt.
