Dear diary,
As you know I like to travel & explore the rich heritage of our country. So, to fulfill that goal I came to Delhi - country's capital. Here we could get the structure of building followed by Delhi Sultanate & Mughals.
The Qutub Minar, oldest monument of Delhi was built in 11th century by Qutubuddin Aibak - Illtutmish.
Next we head towards Red Fort which was built by Akbar in around 16th century made up of red sandstone.
By the end of the day we went to Lotus temple. Basically it is better known by the name - "Bahai Temple". It was built by Bahai community & designed by famous architect Fariborz Sabha.
Last but not the least, we went to Akshardham temple built in 2005. It depicts the Buddhist culture & we loved the light show & even boating also.
Now, tomorrow we will visit to another monuments of Delhi.
Now its too late I'm going to sleep
