Dear diary,
Today I asked the cook for another bowl of porridge. First, he looked at me surprisingly and then took me by the collar and we went to the orphanage's keeper. He was a sulky man and he said that I would be punished for such a crime. The next day posters were put outside the orphanage for taking me away. The one who would take me away would get 5 pounds and plus me. I feel very miserable thinking about leaving my friends here. The best I can hope is that my master is caring and good to me.
