A nation is a group of people that is living in one area guarded and protected by their own government. They all share the same language, ethnicity, and economic life. A nation is more overly political than an average ethnic group. Nationality is being part of a particular nation by birth or naturalization. Nationality is the country you come from. For example, if a person is born from California, their nationality is United States. Nation and Nationality are linked together, because Nationality is based on one's Nation and vice versa. :)
