The process involved in the production of fabric clothes from the cotton plant is shown below:-

• Raw cotton balls: After acquiring maturity the cotton fibres are apparent which are picked by hand and compiled for further process.

• Ginning: The cotton balls which are selected contain seeds and the process of removing the seeds from the cotton balls is called ginning.

• Spinning: After removing the seeds then the fibre is altered to the yarn by the process of spinning.

• Knitting:- Knitting is the process which is used for arranging the yarn but only two yarns are utilized for the process of knitting and it can be done by hand.

• Weaving: After the generation of yarn, they are arranged concurrently for making fabric and the process is known as weaving.
