(1) Take 2 pulleys 1 big and 1 small
(2) connect them with rubber band and balance it
(3) connect smaller pulley to an electronic device called Dynamo
(4) connect the wires of Dynamo to any electronic device to test it
(5)rotate the big pulley and get free energy
