BREAKFAST- Sprouts, eggs, fruits, dry fruits, milk.
LUNCH- Rice with pulses, chapati, vegetables and curd.
DINNER- Chapati, vegetables salad( light food ).
DESSERT- Ice cream, sweets etc.
