Starter - Vegetables Soup , Mixed fruit Soup and Mushroom chilly Soup.
Main course - Rice and Dal , Butter Chicken with Tandoori Roti , Mixed Vegetables Gravy , Paneer Do pyaza .
Desert - Blackforest Ice cream , curd , yogurt , Lemon Salad

BREAKFAST- Sprouts, eggs, fruits, dry fruits, milk. LUNCH- Rice with pulses, chapati, vegetables and curd. DINNER- Chapati, vegetables salad( light food ). DESSERT- Ice cream, sweets etc.

kvnmurty: ice cream is too fatty and sweets have a lot of sugar.. perhaps they are not for every one..
