Explanation:

There are two concepts of Secularism. We must first understand them properly.

1. Western Secularism (धर्मनिरपेक्ष): there is complete segregation of religion from state. State do not interfere in Religious matters.

a. Neutral Secularism - state doesn't promote any of the Religions

b. Negative Secularism - state is opposed to Religions

2. Indian Secularism (सर्वधर्म समभाव) : all the Religions to be treated equally, irrespective of the strength of people following that Religion. Treating all of them equally. State can intervene in Religious matters on three grounds viz Law and Order, Public Morality and Health.

So, basically, whatever violates abov mentioned principle in Point number 2, violates Secularism in India.
