Explanation:

1.beef ban

2.punishing other religious people for not chanting "bharat mata ki jai"(bharat mata is a hindu goddess so we cant force other religious people.)

3.movements of communists and classes that are depressed who oppose such views

4.punishing people who celebrate victory of pakistan in a GAME

5.article 25(2)of the constitution calls for providing"social welfare and reform and throwing open of hindu religious institutions of public character to all sections and classes of hindus."

indian constitution does not define who or what is hindu but it defines the followers of Buddhism, jainism and sikhism as hindus for purposes of hindu temple entry.article 25 (2)(b)states that "the reference to hindus shall be construed as including a reference to persons professing the sikh, jaina or bhuddhist religion"

isn't this the concern of the brahmin establishment to allow or disallow whomever they deem fit to enter a temple?why should a secular country be concerned with the social welfare of ONLY ONE RELIGION?
