firstly in morning I will like to take healthy diet like juice,roties,milk and some daliya
in lunch i will take roties, sabji etc
at the time of dinner i will take only simple complex food item
I will take that diet because at morning the food can digest easily and in night i wil take that diet because at night our digestion is not perfect. Food cannot digest easily in night
According to me this diet is balanced diet
