healthy- milk, egg, vegetables, rice ,chapati

unhealthy- Maggi , unhygienic food snacks

Refined white sugar, high fructose corn syrup, aspartame

Addictive substances like MSG, and other “taste enhancing” chemicals

Processed, denatured fats and oils that the body cannot deal with
