Reasons for the partition of the country were-
.The country India was divided into India and Pakistan ,because the Muslims wanted Muhammad Ali Jinnah as their prime minister and Hindu and some other wanted Pt. Jawaharlal Nehru as their prime minister ,so they decided to divide India in two parts ,a separate country for Muslims Pakistan........Muhammad Jinnah wanted to become the prime minister ,so he given the idea of partition......But Gandhiji was heartbroken after listening this news ,because he saw that the unity among Hindu and Muslim was breaking........because Gandhiji wanted to see unity among all.......It was a very sad partition crore of humans died in this......
