☆For small children (age- till 12years)
°Milk (compulsory) for the development of bones.
°Green vegetables ( spinach,lady finger,bottle gourd, cucumber etc) providing healthy muscles.
°Fruits( apple, banana,Orange, pomegranate, papaya, grapes etc) for good immune system.
°Rice and bread/chapattis are essential as they give you energy and strength to perform various activities.
°Cereals helps your growth process as an kid.If you are non vegetarian then eating eggs and fish will do a good job to increase your height.
° Eating raisin promotes your metal growth.
~ BREAKFAST- a glass of milk, one whole chappatti with some salads or sprouts and some fresh raisins is all for a breakfast
~LUNCH- salads, rice, cereal, one green vegetable, chappatti and curd is appropriate
~EVENING SNACK- a glass of milk and after sometime a bowl of fruits will keep you active and fresh
~DINNER- cereal, one vegetable and two chappattis( no rice, salad or curd should be taken in night)

☆For teenagers (age- till nineteen years)
Everything is same from the above diet.
Intake of proteins and vitamins will increase as for your immune system and body development.
