Foods that contains a lot of calories but very little nutritional values are called junk foods.
Soto avoid junk foods we can add those foods which contains fiber, protein, vitamin and minerals in it. We know that fruits, vegetables and nuts are good source of fiber, protein, vitamin and minerals.
So, in birthday party we can make a menu of fruit salad, fruit juice, sandwiches with green vegetables, roasted nuts, dairy products such as sweet curd or flavored milk, etc.
