according to the above figure,
The intermolecular space in solids is very less,
in liquids the intermolecular space is larger than in solids and in gases the intermolecular space is larger.
In solids the force of attraction of particles is strongest , in liquids it is weaker than that of in solids and in gases the force of attraction of particles is the weakest
