Hey dear,
● 4-R in waste management -
1) Refuse -
Refuse to use any type of polluting non-biodegradable materials like plastic bags.
2) Reduce -
If there is something you are obliged to use, at least try to reduce its use.
3) Reuse -
Whenever possible reuse the material again & again instead of getting new ones.
4) Recycle -
For plastic bottles, glass, etc we can recycle it.
● Limitations of 4R principles -
1) No everything can be be controlled by 4R principles. i.e. we can refuse/reduce/reuse injections in hospital.
2) Some times the process of recycling is more costlier than its production de novo.
