1. it is used in making curd done by lactobacillus.
2. it is used in making citric acid done by Aspergillus niger.
3. it is used in making alcohol and bread sone by sacchromyces cerviase or brewers yeast .
4. it is used in making cheese like swiss cheese and roquefort cheese.
5. streptococus produce streptokinase which is used as a clot bluster for removing clots from blood vessels
6. trichoderma polysporum produce cyclosporinA which is used as immuno suppressive agent.
7. statin is produced by monascus purpureus which is used as blood cholestrol lowering agent.
