Write the words REDUCE REUSE RECYCLE using old newspaper print and wrappers, and buttons and string and used paper cups and dried flowers and other types of waste Then cover the entire picture with "mod podge" solution. or actually it is a watered down clear drying elmers glue. This way it will keep everything from moving or falling off as it hangs for people to see.
