1.)Pollution of Ganga river: The root cause of ganga river pollution is growth of population in both side of the river. Pollution of River Yamuna: The Yamuna river water is comparatively of better quality.

2.)Due to an increase in air pollution by the industries in Agra, it has adversely affected the monument, Taj Mahal. Taj Mahal was at first clear white in color, however, due to industrial pollution and other activities, it has caused the color to fade. The color has faded due to the presence of carbon and dust in gases.
