India is the largest Democracy of the World and such Elections need a very large planning and excecution. India Holds election for every 5 Years. Last Lok Sabha election was held in India in 2019. The total number of parties registered was 2858, with 8 national parties, 54 state parties and 2796 unrecognized parties. Major Parties are BJP, Congress, Shiv Sena, Janata Dal, Lok Jan shakti Party, All India Anna Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam. The Government was formed by BJP (Bhartiya Janta Party) by wining 343 seats.
