1 Name of food. - 1st day - Poha and milk
2nd day- Macroni and Rooh Af Ja
3 rd day - Paneer paratha and milk
And repeat.......

2 Poha fulfills water scarcity in body
Macroni increases fat.....
Paneer provide protein to our body.....
Milk fulfills the need of calcium and protein

I got some fat...hahahahha. .


and my bones are much stronger now........!
