Causes of scarcity of water in different states are :-

• Overuse of water for different activities in daily life of people.
• Wastage of water such as in different festivals like holi we can use waterless colours to play holi.
• Also increasing global warming and population is also a reason for water scarcity.

Suggestions to conserve water are :-

• We should use water in a limited use for various activities like when bathing or while brushing we should turn on the tap only when needed or water in use and else time we should close it.

• We should use least required water in home cleaning and other activities and we should also encourage other people in society to conserve water.
