umm im not sure, but i think u have to actually do those suggested activities like, u need to help ur mom yo broom the floor, wash utensils etc (whatever u can do from the suggested activities) and after helping your mom /dad, you need to write how u helped them..

take just one example: You broomed the house

then u need to write a report on how u did it, and enjoyed it like

I saw my mom brooming the House and decided to help her with it. I told her to take a rest. I took a lot of time to broom the whole house but, after i finished it i was really tired and also thought about how hard my mom works because it was not an easy task i also felt back aches!!

this was just an example, but ofcourse the activity says that you have to do many, that is u cant just broom.. all those suggested activities like washing floor, cleaning utensils etc should be done whatever u cant dont overdo it)
