Basic facilities such as sanitation, drinking water, hospitals, schools etc are present in my village but are not very well developed. For example some people still do not use toilets and use open spaces such as fields, barren land to defecate. Water is drawn from wells, hand pumps, rivers and other water bodies for drinking. Even tap water is used for drinking in spite of the fact that it might be contaminated. Dispensary is present which remains closed on Sundays and for all major treatment people have to go the nearby city.
