Julius Caesar: He was a senator and general who believe in a dictatorship rather than Republic government. The main flaw of Caesar was that he can’t separate his personal and professional life.

Marcus Brutus: He is shown as the republic that believes in the voice of a senator and opposes the dictatorship. He is the tragic hero of the whole play since he has to choose between his loyalty towards his friend or state.

Mark Antony: He was shown a bit emotional but cunning in the play. He was the one who conspires the murder of Caesar with Brutus. He wanted to come into the power with Octavius.
