Answer:

Racial discrimination is any discrimination against any individual on the basis of their skin color, or racial or ethnic origin.[1][2] Individuals can discriminate by refusing to do business with, socialize with, or share resources with people of a certain group. Governments can discriminate in a de facto fashion or explicitly in law, for example through policies of racial segregation, disparate enforcement of laws, or disproportionate allocation of resources. Some jurisdictions have anti-discrimination laws which prohibit the government or individuals from discriminating based on race (and sometimes other factors)

Racial discrimination, better known as 'skin-tone' discrimination. It is the discrimination done on the basis of skin-tone, where the one with white complextion are assumed as superior and the dark-complexed people are taken as an inferior being. The foreginers, expecially The Britishers, have been known to believe this discrimination and have been seen being cruel on the the blacks. They have kept the mind set that Blacks aren't worthy to live a reputated life and make these blacks their slaves and treated them brutally.

This type of discrimination shouldn't be practiced as it based on old and prejudice beliefs and os taken inhumane. No one on this planet could be judged on the basis of his shape, colour or character.
