There lived a turtle in a pond . He was a nice and genuine creature but his only weakness was his talkative nature . He could not control his emotions . But his strength were his friends . He was friendly with two swans .The three would meet in the edge of the pond daily and they would discuss the legends . When it was sunset they went back home . Once it so happened that it didn't rain for a long time . All the area including the pond went completely dry . The swans were worried for their best friend , the tortoise . The tortoise asked them to help him some way . The swans thought of a nice plan . The plan was made . They decided that the swans would hold the renowned of a stick in their mouth and the tortoise could hang on it . But the only problem was safety of the tortoise . so the warned the tortoise to keep his mouth shut and not to talk at all .. The tortoise agreed for the sake of his life .The swans bought a stick .and asks the turtle to hold it. The swans therefore flew off with the turtle hanging from the stick . When the people below saw this amusing sight , they started wondering and appreciating the scene . The turtle became excited and wanted to respond by talking to the people . But the moment he opened his mouth , he fell to the ground with his head banging against a stone and he died at once .
