Make a story on a 14 year boy begging on street

Answer:
Some are the children of poor family whose parents both work in wage, and they are supposed to go to school but instead of going to school they roam around and ask for money. And here is the interesting thing, generally they don’t want you to buy them biscuits or some foods. All they want is money so, that they can buy somekind of drugs and get intoxicated.
Some are genuine beggar, who sleep in street, who have nowhere to go. Best thing you can do is contact concerned authority but since India and esp Nepal are poor country and they can’t do anything. There is a lot of corruption. Interesting thing is I have seen Kids of age less than 10–15 years asking money with the certificate created by local authority. Is it the best way to deal with, they (kid) ask you for help and in return they created Certificate and tell them to beg.
So, best thing is to tell the concerned authority, but chances are very less they will get help. Next thing is you can adopt them or tell some childless parents who are willing to adopt. Moreover don’t give them money (they misuse it), give them jobs (well legal system in Nepal says children of age 14–16 years of age you can make them work for 6 hours a day instead of 8, moreover search for legal system), give them some of your old clothes, buy them food.
