One day two friends were going through a forest . they were talking about their friendship . suddenly a bear appeared before them . they were frightened. one of them climbed up a nearby tree without thinking anything about his friend who did not know how to climb up a tree . the other friend at once lay down on the ground. he pretended to be dead as he had heard that a bear does not touch a dead man . the bear came near him. it smelt his face. then it took him to be a dead man and went away. when the bear had gone away the first friend got down from the tree . he asked his friend what the bear had said to him ." Don't believe a false friend who leaves you alone in danger. " was the reply of the other friend.
