• Just give 1 hour to one subject and involve in family for atleast 15 min to freshen your mind.
• And do firstly a tough subject and then an easier like alternatively.
• Avoid using phones.
• Fully concentrate it, no disturbance.
• You can also have 30 mins power sleep so that you will feel positive.
