growth hormone- secreted by pituitary gland -
*helps in growth of a person
* secreting less cause a disease called dwarfism
*secreting more cause a disease called gigantism




thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH)
secreted by pituitary gland
*acts on thyroid gland to secret thyroxin
*less secretion leads to hypothyroidism
excess secretion leads to hyperthyroidism


gonodotropic hormone
*secreted by hypothalamus
*acts on pituitary gland to release FSH and LH




pancreas
secretes insulin and glycogen

insulin - it regulate or reduce blood sugar level

glycogen - it increase blood sugar level



adrenal gland secrets adrenalin and nor adrenalin


adrenaline is called as stress hormone it increases heartbeat to supplies more oxygen to all parts of the body to release energy

Nor adrenaline- it decreases the heartbeat
