Guy's this is my time table,
wake up at - 4:00
sleep at -10:00
here your stress will be removed and you will be having proper sleeping time.
start studying from 4 till 7 and take 15 minutes rest to fresh up yourself. and do some exercise.
and have your breakfast at 8.
start studying at 8:30 till 11.
take 10 min rest .
study from 11:15 till 1:00.
have your lunch at 1:00.
and again start studying at 2:00
2:00 to 5:00 you study and play from 5 to 6.
then have some snacks and learn till 9:00 then have your dinner sleep.

Food and sleep is essential at correct time
Study as many hours a day as per your wish
Minimum 2 hours for each subject
Take half an hour gap after 2 hours to do something you like
