- illegal trade of birds and animal is common in India but this is very bad thing . our wildlife is extincting bcuz of this . Animals r very useful as some animal's skin used as leather .Elephant's canines are sold on very high rates in black market . poachers kill the animals for their profit. This is reason why many wildlife species in india and the world are endangered . two horned rhinos , lions , ghadiyal, sparrows r some species which are endangered .

ANIMAL CAPTURED AND KEPT ILLEGALLY
TIGER :
- Tigers are poached form the wild and are kept captive.
- Almost every part of tigers are sold either in the form of decoration, medications or tiger wine.
ELEPHANT:
- Elephant teeth, hair, bone, trunk and tails and ivory is commercialised.
- In parts if China elephant skin is used in as a medication for stomach ailments.
- Ivory is used as ornaments and jewelry.
PANGOLIN :
- Pangolin are poached for their meat as it is considered a delicacy in parts of China and Thailand.
- They are trafficked to other parts of the world for scales ah it is believed to have medicinal properties.
RHINO:
- Most rhino products are believed to to be trafficked from Africa.
- Rhino horns are bought as a symbol of wealth and are used for traditional medicine.
BEAR:
- Bear are poached and killed to extract gall bladder, paws, etc .
- The gall bladder is believed to be have medicinal benefits.
SEROW :
- The goat-like serow that lives in remote mountains across Asia is yet another commonly traded animal in parts of Vietnam and Thailand.
- They are poached for serow horns, skulls, forelegs, heads, gallbladders and medicinal oil.
