Well first I would say is the language difference than the. Region culture food society both cultures different to each other in all aspects and mostly Punjabi poets write abt things happend in past stories they heard from their forefathers being passed on generations wise and than they try to imagine those characters and create their own vision to it and writes about it in their own style and I think Andhra ones mostly does is abt practical and research kind off stuff they experienced or seen by their own eyes only this much I can squeeze out my brain to it’s full knowledge abt your question so I hope I answered it to bits if not perfect
