'Make in India' is devised to transform India into a global design and manufacturing hub. This initiative will give a boost to entrepreneurship in manufacturing sector of India. This campaign targets to increase the contribution of the manufacturing sector to India GDP (Gross Domestic Product). It will also lead to an increase in manufacturing and exports.
An increase in investment in manufacturing will increase employment opportunities for the skilled labour force
and this forms a job market. The 'Make in India' operation is the vision of an economically strong India.

1. Since its Independence, there is a need to select policies that best suit the development of India as a whole.

Five-year plan undertaken by the government sometimes inclined towards industrial expansion and sometime towards farms.

What India is a balance between the two because Millions of the Indians are farmers and they too need technological innovations. Secondly India is one of the fastest-growing economy and it had to keep that pace too.

2. Hence, the "economic vision for the Indian"economy may be defined to the fastest possible on "GDP"growth,or better still "the fastest growth in per capital incomes". Growth cannot go on forever. So,there is a thought that aims at sustainable growth along with it's counterpart sustainable consumption.
